Patty & Bun – TV Centre

Rolling straight on after Patty & Bun Brighton, the latest of their 3 pronged attack (more about that later!) was a fit-out at the recently re-developed Television Centre Retail.

Featuring all the key ingredients that have become synonymous to a perfect Patty & Bun, reclaimed timber flooring, Georgian wired glass, brushed aluminium bar tops, crimson red Brick slip.

Interesting features were American diner style booth seating located centrally with banquette seating and Iroko window shelving around the perimeter of the unit. A huge 4m high counter pass with box steel shelving for storage, a Georgian wired glass window splits the BOH and preparation where the magic happens from the happy customers whilst attractive display shelving sits in the window looking out at the atrium.
