Bluecrow Projects worked closely with Temper and designers Gundry & Ducker to achieve what was their dream in creating a unique BBQ and open fire pit restaurant.

Temper is a 200-cover open Barbecue restaurant in Soho. The very stylish vibrant restaurant with its open kitchen, allows great interaction with the chefs while they cook in front of you.

Temper’s concept is to cook everything in front of your eyes using only wood and charcoal in a huge 4.5m long fire pit in the middle of the room. Details and materials make reference to manufacturing and rural spaces and include engineering brick dark timber, concrete and terrazzo.
