A hard-wearing exposed sand & cement floor screed shrouds what was the original timber floor finish, this was professionally scrubbed & cleaned to expose its original character.

A meeting room with a Sapele faceted screen, and its half height Faux reeded glass, eases you into the space where a meet / hot desk is cleverly positioned to one end of the meeting room, with an oval Sapele meeting table, and a stunning Sapele Credenza.

With a large Sapele door including full height Faux reeded glass sidelights, leads you through to a sizeable lounge where, Sapele bi-folding doors overlook the terrace and serves as a luxurious break out space for two generous sized offices.

Both these offices boast a dog-legged full height Sapele screen, with full height clear glass, allowing plenty of natural light from the bi-folding doors, and their own bespoke Sapele office desk, and Sapele Credenza.
