JKS Restaurants and Katy Manolescue of Article Design Studio chose the Bluecrow team to fit-out the latest Hoppers restaurant in Soho. Katy and Article who are inspired by Geoffrey Bawa and his perception of bringing the outside landscape inside, designed Hoppers with natural light, timber walls and floors, marble finishes and dining vaults for that private dining experience.

The Bluecrow Team excelled when attention to detail was required for another of our prestigious clients.

Hoppers are well known for their amazing menu including Rice and Roast to share, Jaffna Lamb Cutlets, Bone Marrow Varuval, and many many more dishes.
