Patty & Bun – Borough Market
Our 7th Patty & Bun in association with Article Design Studios. This one amongst the hustle and bustle of Borough High Street opposite the popular Borough Market.
Patty & Buns are never straight forward and this one presented its own challenges, replacing a rotten roof, ripping out chimney breasts and strengthening floors before the fit out could begin in earnest.
The Patty & Bun typical mixture of rustic and contemporary is again the theme with warm timber panelling, and flooring throughout interspersed with more weathered panelling and the return of the tea stained wall decoration, some decorative plastering and checkerplate cladding on the stairs. The exposed timber ceiling in the basement complimented by some stunning seating is by far the highlight, and testament to the exceptional vision of the design team.
10 weeks from taking over a dilapidated shell, this beauty has risen to become one of the jewels in the Patty & Bun crown, and a superb addition to our portfolio.
