The French Table
Time really was of the essence on this refurbishment in the leafy suburbs of Surbiton! The subtle and beautiful design by Design LSM was brought to life over the Christmas holidays in little under two weeks. Bluecrow Joinery delivered to a high standard on a number of bespoke joinery items, including the superb wine store in the dining area upstairs and the unrecognisable revamp of the existing front bar complete with overhead mirrored brass effect gantry.
The main effort of this project was a complete alteration of the wall and ceiling finishes, aiming to create a comfortable and fresh dining atmosphere with an abundance of continental style.
The finishes included a mix of Tessen Copper pattern on the staircase, an aquatic wallpaper design in the bathrooms and hessian panels in the main restaurant; all illuminated by a new meticulously designed lighting scheme continuing the polished brass details that can be seen throughout the restaurant.
