Patty & Bun
Brighton
Bluecrow’s fifth restaurant site for Patty & Bun and their first venture outside of London.
Brighton’s burgers just got a whole lot better! A beautiful corner site nestled in the heart of the iconic lanes, the interiors hark back to some of the material finishes found at the original James Street restaurant, with OSB board wall paneling and a key clamp gantry.
New to the Brighton restaurant and a first for Patty & Bun, is the remarkable bespoke curved tile bar designed by Article Design Studio.
Diners are right in the heart of the action with the kitchen on the ground floor, shielded by a beautiful brick slip tiled bar and kitchen pass. Communal dining tables flanked with carefully curated vintage furniture styles complete the recognisable P&B aesthetic.
