Rice Guys

Rice Guys came to life back in 2017 when Kea, Vanessa and Andrew realised there wasn’t enough quality Chinese food in London’s office lunch scene. After creating their original pop-ups, food trucks and kiosks, Rice Guys then set out to create their first bricks and mortar restaurant.

Bluecrow Joinery supplied all the bespoke joinery throughout, consisting of a white Melanine MFC counter and carcass, a solid surface Corian top with Corian down-stand, all encapsulated in painted solid Tulip slated timber frontage. Fitted to the top of the counter was a UV bonded glass sneeze screen for hygiene. Further bespoke features included, all frame works, a window leaner counter and the huge fridge housing, all made from solid oak.

At the end of the project, the extra solid oak waste bin unit with built in storage, was a wonderful addition and finalised the overall design of the restaurant.
