Gaya’s Cakes
Gaya’s Cakes is a well know for producing bespoke cakes within the London area, and wanted a new dedicated premises to create her masterpieces. Bluecrow were chosen as main contractor in a new empty shell for her project.
Starting a project in a blank canvas is always a great place to start, and with lots of previous experience, the Bluecrow team assisted with design and layout of the project which included a new mezzanine floor, bespoke made staircase to the stores area, front of house customer area and back of house kitchen. Within this project there was a brand new shopfront to keep in line with building regulations colour, material and design Front of house has been created in a clean, white minimalist feel and completely fitted kitchen with a altro flooring and PVCU Whiterock walls.
As well as the bespoke staircase, Bluecrow Joinery also created a consultation table with bespoke glass cake display case and a huge kitchen workstation which incorporates a wonderful natural bull nose Carrera top.
A wonderful bespoke kitchen unit designed to the clients specification, incorporating soft closing drawers with opposing shelves, electric points and a 20mm natural bull nose Carrera top.
A beautiful and hard wearing solid oak floor was laid to the front of house area in a herringbone pattern running front to back, this finished at the kitchen doors where you are met by an Altro floor in cookies and cream.
